Thou shalt not simply plonk content into an eLearning authoring tool and call it a day. Thoughtful, humanity-centred, effective design is where it’s at.
Dignity
Time is super duper precious. Every person deserves a learning experience that respects their individuality, feels safe, and adds value to their day.
Delight
One can take their craft and their puns seriously at the same time. Witty, surprising, and compelling stuff that makes people smile? Yes please.
